Five cohorts of women have completed this program and each time it’s been a powerful experience.
Dates are TBD for 2024 but you can email me to get on the waiting list for priority registration for the next group experience.
This is a virtual program that meets weekly for four weeks via Zoom. You will learn how to practically take better care of yourself, put your needs into your life, make space for YOU, set boundaries that protect your rest, and become a more rested self.
If you struggle to ‘fit in’ or ‘carve out’ time for self-care and rest, this program will show you how to create space for and integrate them into your life in realistic, sustainable ways.
Each week over the four-week period we spend together, you get scheduled time to rest, quiet your busy mind and sink into your body. You’ll learn how to support yourself to be more in command of your life.
Together, we explore radically new perspectives about self-care, and learn about the many different types of rest that are available to us, to get ahead of burnout and use rest as fuel regularly - not just when we’re depleted.
Ultimately we learn what it means to be true to ourselves, set boundaries, and make space for ourselves, so we can show up at our best for the people and obligations that need us.
We learn how to live rested lives in an unrested world.
Support for self, and each other. That’s the magic of personal growth work, in community.
The weekly virtual sessions via Zoom offer a mix of:
Live group coaching - the insights that come up in a group setting positively impact everyone in the group!
Guided meditation, nervous-system-calming breathing, impactful readings and in-body rest practices
Journaling with prompts and guidance - a lot of your own personal insights & learning happen through journalling in this format!
Group discussion, peer support, accountability
Education about the different types of rest (there are many types that we all need beyond sleep!), boundaries and guidance on how to evoke positive, healthy change by putting the learning into practice
Meaningful (optional!) homework in between sessions
