“I feel a release and calm that doesn’t come easily to me, and less triggered & shameful about my own struggles. The weekend surpassed my expectations. It was healing, nourishing and rejuvenating. I also really enjoyed the people I got to know. I came home feeling and looking different, and people in my life noticed”

“The land at Harmony feels magical, like it holds secrets from generations of existence and evolution. I felt so present and at the same time connected to generations across time.
I’m struck by how natural and intuitive everything felt. You guided us through experiences that were effortful AND natural at the same time and managed to melt away the state of being self-conscious for me.
I wish this experience for everyone. Thank you for sharing your gifts and yourselves with us. The gift of opening and lifting up and being held.
And: most wonderful food experience I’ve ever had.”
- Anne -
“I needed to be taken care of in a way that speaks to me and I feel replenished, rested & inspired. The whole experience was amazing and the biggest gesture of self-compassion was to come here. I will carry away the magic from the land and the people. I have learned so much from everyone - the experience seemed crafted exactly for all of us. The group connection was unbelievable, it really felt we were all supposed to meet. I got to savour everything with all my senses and this is a beautiful gift of self-love.”
- Sandra -
“I was truly inspired by it all. The grounds, cabins, scenery, food were all wonderful & exceeded my expectations.
The people I met were truly beautiful. Sharing our stories, opening up our hearts and being able to cry, laugh and be held and open to it all was a life changing experience.
I left feeling less burdened by life knowing that I now have self-preserving knowledge to move forward.”
- Katie -
“This retreat allowed me to connect to a part of myself I hadn’t been connected to for quite some time and opened my heart to self compassion, knowing that I am worth the same kind of care that I give others.”
- Cari -
“Our guides, Amy and Jenny, took us on a gentle journey of mystical hikes and harmonious journaling workshops while embodying the true essence of what it is to find your way 'home' to yourself. My experience was kind, gentle and transformative - it did not take long to 'feel' the profound impact of this self-compassion weekend.
This very intimate experience of 'self' was magical - safe, vulnerable and transcending. The picturesque scenery, beautifully hand-crafted and forged meals were a food artist's dream - from the presentation, to the culinary creativity of scents and tastes - it was an orchestra of food.
My experience with Jenny and Amy was life changing. It reminded me that when I live in a state of perpetual GRATITUDE for all things ...anything is possible in this life. Even my way back home to ME.”
The Experience:
This very unique retreat is hosted at Harmony PEC and facilitated by Professional Certified Coach Jenny Tryansky and mindful self-compassion teacher Amy Faba. It offers an all-inclusive weekend experience that will connect you deeply to yourself, and to our group. The schedule is grounded in self-compassion, self-care and embodiment-based activities designed for personal rejuvenation, healing, development & growth.
The flow of the weekend has been intentionally crafted to create space for impactful group sessions and hands-on experiences, and time for your own quiet reflection and exploration. Group connection and sharing in a safe, judgement-free atmosphere is important to us and we take great care to foster a safe and inclusive space for all.
Immersive activities throughout the weekend include:
A magical sound bath experience
Guided visualization and impactful meditative practices that will empower you with new resources to take better care of yourself - physically and mentally
Education and lessons on the power of ‘yin’ and ‘yang’ self-compassion - the soft and the protective qualities that we all have access to
Intentional silence - our guests LOVE this and reap many benefits from the silent portions of the weekend
‘Sense and Savour’ walks
Movement and embodiment practices
Impactful group sharing and meaningful discussion - this alone has been extremely healing for many participants
Personal reflection & journaling with prompts and guidance
“Elements Immersion” - a highlight of the weekend. This is a one-of-a-kind experience where we hand ourselves over to the most gentle and caring guides to take us through a journey in the natural elements. Lake cold plunge, outdoor lakeside sauna, breath work, movement, forest meditation and other delightful in-the-moment surprises await.
Communal gourmet plant-based meals with beautiful, artistic, nourishing food prepared by our own private chef who will share stories of the dishes, ingredients and intention behind each dish. The food is a memorable highlight of the retreat!

“I’m taking away the importance of self-care & compassion, the benefits of pausing, reflecting and just taking the time out for oneself. You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself. Self-compassion is a set of tools to help you be your best self so that you can show up that way for others.”
- Rosie -
“I feel like I have now the complete tools to take care of my self. To embody compassion and to be rested. The benefits will definitely be the courage of letting some things go, and to take what I truly need.”
- Jenn -
“This retreat was one of the best gifts I ever gave myself. I’ve tried to do a lot of work on myself in a piece-meal fashion, but it has been hard to bring it all together. Having this time away from day-to-day life plus what I have learned here has really allowed a lot of that work to come together in my own authentic way.
I have learned to trust in myself and really connect with my best friend in the whole world, who will always be travelling with me - myself.
I am eternally grateful to Amy and Jenny.”

“This retreat allowed me the opportunity to really connect with myself - something I tend to push off or never really give any space or time for.
Thank you for providing me the gift of time to care for and love myself while learning about other beautiful souls and connecting with others in such an authentic and open space.”
- Jana -
“There are so many women in my life who I wish would allow themselves to access the time, financial and emotional commitment to participate in this retreat. It felt very big to me at first, but now I can’t imagine not doing it. I would love for more women to have the space to open their minds to see others and themselves through a deeper, more compassionate lens.
This weekend gave us the opportunity to be amongst other people ready to be vulnerable, and provided a way forward to accessing the tools I need to ride out the hard and enjoy the good.”
