Mentor Coaching for Coaches Pursuing or Renewing an ICF Credential
Private One-on-One Mentor Coaching for ACC & PCC Credentialing and Renewals
If you’re pursuing or renewing an ICF credential, an important piece of the process is working with a mentor coach. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) requires you to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching before obtaining your professional credential.
My job as your mentor coach is to help you deepen your learning, development and skill, and to provide direct feedback about your strengths and areas to stretch yourself in service of your craft. Together we get to explore what excellence and mastery looks like for you as a coach, and in our profession.
ICF mentor coaching involves a feedback and evaluation process to ensure that your skills are aligned with the ICF’s core competencies and credentialing markers. My intention is to create a safe, playful, enriching and dynamic container for us to do that work together. Our partnered evaluation of your coaching is intended to help you explore artfulness in your craft and to create opportunities for you to expand professionally.
I absolutely love this work! I take great pride in the integrity, ethics and professionalism in my own coaching practice and it’s an honour to guide coaches through their own process of honing their skills, becoming more confident as a coach, and elevating their practice while staying tethered to their values as a credentialed coach.

Testimonials:
I had the great pleasure of having Jenny as my mentor coach over the course of my 9 month Professional Goal-Centric Coaching program at Concordia.
Jenny is a natural in the mentorship space. She is insightful and generous in her feedback, and also always open to try something new or take a different approach. She was able to offer support for all of my questions about coaching, but also support me, the person, who was going through the ups and downs of the coaching AND learning processes.
I feel very lucky to have gone through this experience with Jenny by my side. Her authenticity, curiosity and professional experience created the ideal space for me, a newbie in this field, to learn, grow and become confident in sitting in the seat of coach. Thank you Jenny for everything!

As someone who tends to be petty sensitive to feedback, I knew I needed to find the right fit for mentorship coaching – someone whose coaching I deeply respected and who I felt would be able to offer feedback in ways that were the right combination of gentle and challenging. Jenny was the perfect fit for me!
Jenny is incredibly knowledgeable about the ICF standards and deftly brought us back to them whenever questions arose. Rather than leaving me feeling like I was being "graded" with each observation call, Jenny bolstered my confidence by championing the skills I already excelled at and helping me identify my stretch areas with deep compassion and kindness. I left our calls feeling empowered to practice the skills that were more challenging for me without feeling ashamed that I wasn't already good at them (recovering perfectionist over here)!
Her own experience as a PCC also shined through in our conversations. She has a wealth of coaching experience to draw on, and it was wonderful to be able to "geek out" on ways to potentially handle situations differently. I loved how she positioned herself as a colleague and mentor, always reinforcing that there isn't one right way to coach, but there are guidelines and standards that help us all be the best coaches we can be.
I've grown tremendously as a coach thanks to Jenny's mentorship, and I felt incredibly well-prepared for the ACC exam. I was able to confidently submit my recording without needing her to watch it first (though she did offer), having absorbed the standards well enough to know I'd met them!
